My Work:
I coach youth athletes and adult fitness enthusiasts, specializing in kettle bell conditioning and nutrition guidance for their individual lifestyle needs. We work together to achieve and maintain a balance in daily living. I believe that healthy attitudes and bodies contribute to happy living.

My Passion:
My family, my faith, fundraising for Komen Columbus, volunteering for Hilliard City Schools and my children’s sports teams.

My Family:
Dr. Wayne Trout (compassionate, devoted husband for over 16 years), Eric (intelligent, athletic and witty 14 year old son), Emory (intelligent, athletic and spunky 12 year old daughter).

My Hero or Heroes:
My sister, Susan Bogner McGovern; the most selfless mother/wife/friend and successful business woman I know.

My Escape:
Visiting my bestie girl friends and their families: Michele & Dan (VA) and Nozi & Budd (GA).

My Pet Peeve:
Distracted drivers.

My Indulgence:
Rick Rick’s Energy Lab’s out door workouts.

My Roots:
Small town northern Ohio. Roman Catholic. Father owned a gas station. Mom worked part time at a preschool. Two older brothers, one older sister; large extended family – lots of love and laughter.

My Future:
Exciting, fulfilling and purposeful.

My Favorite Quote:

My advice to Young Women:
Be true to yourself and to others; eliminate negative self-talk and gossip; take care of your body – it’s your real home.

How I Balance it All:
Appropriate nutrition, exercise, sleep and a lot.of.laughter!
