My Hero or Heroes:
My parents. Pete and Rita Kirby – had 11 children (I am youngest!) and were married almost 65 years before my father passed in 2012. They led by example of what love for family, God and their neighbors meant through great work ethic, volunteerism and giving.

My Pet Peeve:
Allergies and negativity.

My Accessory:
A great bag and a smile.

My advice to Young Women:
Love yourself first and surround yourself with people who challenge and support you.

How I Balance it All:
Lists, lots of lists and a small circle of people who love and support me.
