My Work: I manage a group of dedicated and talented Solution Analysts. Help my team develop and achieve their goals. Also, lead Requirements Analyst Center of excellence for the organization. COE is tasked with defining a career path for analysts along with consistent processes, roles & responsibilities, work products, and tools. Providing associates the opportunity to learn and grow

My Passion: My family, my culture, my work.

My Family: Laxman (Supportive Husband), Dhriti (Amazing Daughter- 16), Daksh (Astonishing Son – 12)

My Hero or Heroes: My parents who have always supported me. Also inspired by Indra Nooyi (Indian American business executive and former CEO of PepsiCo)

My Escape: Organizing, cleaning and watching movies with family & friends
