My Name: Wendy Arlin

My Current Job/Company: SVP Finance and Controller at L Brands, Inc.

My Work: I lead L Brands’ finance and accounting functions.

My Passion: My family and traveling the world. I am looking forward to getting back on a plane for a new adventure!

My Family: My amazing husband Craig and our fun blended family – Jadyn (21), Griffin (18), Alex (18), Sydney (16) and Lucky (the cat 😊)

My Hero or Heroes: RBG. She is such a hero I don’t even need to write out her name.

My Escape: Sitting in the sunshine at a MLB game eating peanuts with my family.

Pet Peeve: Negative people and disorganization.

My Indulgence: Wine.

My Roots: Climbing mountains the Pacific Northwest with my family. It’s hard work but you are rewarded with a great view.

My Future: Filled with sunshine and lots of new adventures.

My Accessory: Sunglasses because hopefully I am sitting in the sun!

My Advice to Young Women: Eleanor Roosevelt said it best – “do one thing every day that scares you.” You will be amazed what you can do and the confidence you will gain.

How I Balance it All: Organize and prioritize. Don’t waste time on what’s not important and don’t be afraid to ask for help.
