Erin Huffman-Richard

My Current Job/Company:
Assistant Executive Director & Director of Education & Development/Delta Gamma Fraternity.

My Work:
I develop educational curriculum that helps our members perform at their best and become socially responsible citizens.

My Passion:
My work and my kids.

My Family:
Cory (partner), Hunter (stepson – age 11), Paige (stepdaughter – age 9), Lauren (daughter – age 4), and Evan (son – age 2).

My Hero or Heroes:
Corrie ten Boom (a woman who risked her life to hide Jews during the Holocaust), and my mom (who taught me how to work hard and reach my goals).

My Escape:
Mountain hikes, walks, and cooking.

My Pet Peeve:
Incongruency.

My Indulgence:
Coffee, ice cream and popcorn.

My Roots:
Small community with lots of family support mixed with the right amount of challenge.

My Future:
Hopeful and intentional.

My advice to Young Women:
Find the courage to do what you love and be your authentic self.

How I Balance it All:
Plan, prioritize, compartmentalize, rely on others, and make time for “me”.
