Woman of the Week ~ Hannah Munizza

Here at Executive Elements, we like to feature fantastic women we think you should know. Some of these women are clients, some are friends, and some are women we’ve only just met. But they all have this in common: they are dynamic, interesting women who have agreed to share with us their insights and secrets to success.

My Name: Hannah Munizza

My Work: I lead the marketing initiatives that define Forge’s brand and tone. I deploy a comprehensive marketing strategy across owned, earned, and paid marketing channels. Most importantly, I help connect the mission and science of Forge’s innovations with the hearts and minds of our clients.

My Passion: My family, work, and community.

My Family: Husband/biggest champion (Morgan), Children (Roger, 5), (Marie, 2)

My Hero or Heroes: Serena Williams – the GOAT (greatest of all time), amazing mother, wife, and champion of women. PLUS, all the female scientists at Forge who are trailblazing the future of genetic medicine. I am inspired by them daily.

My Escape: Being in nature, specifically hiking California with some wine at the end!

My Pet Peeve: Pointing out problems without bringing a solution to the table.

My Indulgence: Belle’s Bread and all the Japanese goodies off Old Henderson Road in Columbus!

My Roots: Hardworking, eager, dedicated.

My Future: Always learning

My Favorite Quote: : “Why believe in something awful when you can believe in something wonderful?” – quote from the show Fleabag that speaks to my optimistic perspective.

My Accessory: Fun jackets and a sense of excitement.

My Advice to Young Women: I haven’t met many people that “know what they want to be when they grow up,” so think of your career as a series of small steps, building upon what you find yourself really enjoying. Don’t be afraid to take a side-step, back-step, or huge leap forward when opportunities present themselves!

How I Balance it All: Do we balance it all 😊? Being a mom, wife, friend, sibling, daughter I’ve found that you are in a constant state of prioritizing and must be decisive pretty quickly. It’s almost a superpower at this point.
