My Name: Niti Raina

My Current Job/Company: Director, Talent Acquisition, Lifestyle Communities

My Work: In my role, I am responsible for leading key aspects of the talent acquisition strategy for all the Lifestyle Companies. I am the internal and external champion of LC’s Employment Brand in pursuit of attracting top talent and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. In addition, I lead a team of Talent Partners that are responsible for leading the talent consideration process, and talent acquisition best practices in all markets.

My Passion: To live a life where I am surrounded by the people I love.

My Family: My crazy husband, Mustafa, my 5-year-old aspiring gymnast daughter, Ziva, my sister, and my parents and parents-in-laws.

My Hero or Heroes: My aunt- she was a pioneer for her time and her strength and courage to stand up for herself has always inspired me.

My Escape: Fiction books.

My Pet Peeve: People that find excuses for someone else’s success.

My Indulgence: Wine and pizza.

My Roots: Family, community, hard-working

My Future: Lots of traveling with my husband, gymnastics and ballet mom, optimistic.

My Advice to Young Women: Have the courage to go after what you want, then work hard and smart and surround yourself with passionate, energetic, and supportive truth-tellers and always stay curious and open to learning.

How I Balance it All: Prioritize, say no, and ask for help.
